SecurID Authenticator 5.1 for macOS App Device Requirements
To download SecurID Authenticator 5.1 from an app store, your device must meet the following requirements:

RSA SecurID Authenticate 3.9.x and Earlier App Device Requirements
RSA updates the SecurID Authenticate app on a regular basis. It is recommended that you always update to the latest version of the app. However, if you are unable to, the following table lists the supported minimum requirements for the device.

Security Key, Windows Hello, or Android Phone Requirements
You can use a security key, Windows Hello, or Android phone for primary authentication (for example, you are prompted to sign in with your security key instead of entering a password after entering your user ID) or for additional authentication (for example, after you enter your user ID and password, you are prompted to sign in with your security key).
The system requirements vary based on the authentication type. Authenticators used for primary authentication also work for additional authentication.

FIDO-certified security key, for example, a USB, BLE, or NFC security key. The security key must require multifactor authentication, such as a PIN or biometric. Before using the security key to authenticate, you must set up user verification on the key using security key management software.
