RSA My Page
RSA My Page is a web portal that provides a secure way to manage your authenticators and access your applications. Use the URL shared by your administrator to log on to My Page. My Page displays My Authenticators and My Applications based on the configurations published by the administrator. The My Authenticators tab will be unavailable if it is disabled by the administrator, or access is denied by the configured policy for the Self Service management.

According to the configuration options selected by administrator, you can perform the following device and application management activities on My Page.
Set Credentials for HFED and NTLM Applications
Register Your Authenticator
My Page enables you to register authenticators for accessing your applications. Based on the configurations selected by your administrator, you can register different types of authenticators.
-
In the My Authenticators tab, click Register an authenticator.
-
Select an authenticator, and then follow the instructions.
For details on DS100 registration and management, see DS100 Hardware Authenticator.
Delete Your Authenticator
The My Authenticators tab lists the registered authenticators. To remove any authenticator, click the Delete icon, and then confirm the deletion.
Sign In to Applications
The My Applications tab shows the applications that you can access. The assurance level for each of these apps is configured by the administrator. You can log on to these applications by using the registered authenticators.
Different Ways to Sign In
Your administrator determines which authentication options you can use. My Page is configured with an authentication policy with an assurance level. If the application is protected by a lower assurance level, no additional authentication is needed when you access the application. If the application is protected with higher assurance level, then additional authentication is needed.
Authentication Option | How to Use This Option |
---|---|
Approve |
RSA sends a notification to your device. In the app, tap Approve. You can also tap an interactive notification on the device or on an Apple Watch or Android Wear watch paired to the device. You might be prompted to unlock your device after you tap Approve in the notification. Tap Deny if you did not request access to an application. Tips:
If you pair an iPhone with Apple Watch and your administrator requires you to unlock the phone for Approve, this is what to expect:
|
Authenticate Tokencode |
In your browser or VPN, enter the tokencode that appears on the app home screen. The tokencode is an eight-digit number that changes every 60 seconds. If you are using the app and accessing the protected application on the same device, you can tap (iOS), tap or click (Windows), or long press (Android) the number to copy the tokencode. Your administrator may require additional authentication (for example, a biometric or a PIN) before viewing the Authenticate OTP. The app prompts you to create a PIN that is only used for viewing the Authenticate OTP. When you need to enter the tokencode in the browser or VPN, tap or click View Tokencode on the app and follow the instructions. You can authenticate to view the tokencode if your device is online or offline. |
Biometrics |
RSA sends a notification to your device and prompts you to authenticate using a biometric option available on your device, such as Fingerprint, Face ID (iOS), face recognition (Android), or Windows Hello. Be sure to set up biometrics on your device. If your device does not meet the System Requirements, you will not use this method. |
Authenticate Key |
Authenticate Key is a FIDO-based authenticator that can be used for primary and additional authentication. It is currently only available as a Technical Preview feature to a small number of RSA customers. Do not enable this feature unless instructed by your administrator. |
When you authenticate to an application, you can select Remember This Browser in the browser to simplify future authentication.
Location Collection
RSA might request permission to collect your location for verification purposes. If you do not grant permission, you might be denied access to certain applications, or you might be asked to use a different authentication method. If you deny permission to share location, location is not collected at that time. If you decide to share location at a later time, you might see a message to grant permission, or you might need to modify your browser settings. See your administrator for instructions on configuring your browser.
